Come celebrate the International Day of Peace with us as we connect through the power of the drum and the universal language of rhythm! Drums and percussion instruments are provided for YOU to play! No music experience necessary. Experience for yourself how easy it is to express yourself musically!
This month, we are beating our drums to create an uplifting wave of positive energy, unity, and harmony across our community.
Drum Jam fosters inclusion and diversity by bringing together individuals from all walks of life. Through infectious rhythms, uplifting group melodies, and joyful movement, we connect hearts without needing words.
All are welcome! Whether you are holding a drum for the first time or are a seasoned musician, you belong in our circle. Together, we will share the incredible mental and physical benefits of group drumming—reducing stress, boosting immunity and improving your mood.
The Experience:
Picture this: You walk into a room filled with drums and percussion instruments. Step-by-step, facilitated by Kumi Masunaga and the Drum-Jam Team, you become part of a powerful community rhythm. Everyone joins in—you’ll drum, sing, move and connect in a vibrant, friendly atmosphere.
Why Drumming?
Beyond the fun, group drumming is a natural "brain gym". It releases happy hormones (endorphins), reduces stress and boosts your immune system. It’s like a "runner's high" without the exhaustion. You’ll leave feeling energised, relaxed and connected.
