Dear Ticket Holders,
Due to Typhoon Signal No. 8, the Community Drum Jam at Fringe Club, scheduled on 23 September has been cancelled.
You have two options:
-
Request a refund* on or before 29 September by contacting Fringe Club. (See below - How to request a refund)
-
Keep your ticket and use it for the next Drum Jam session on 28 October.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:
Step 1 - open the ticket e-mail
Step 2 - search "drumjam"
Step 3 - drumjam e-ticket "green colour button"
Step 4 - click on e-ticket
Step 5 - scroll down on e-ticket
Step 5 - click on ticketing service
Step 6 - follow for refund/reschedule options

保留門票，並於10月28日的下一場鼓樂會使用。
退款申請方法：
步驟1 - 打開您的門票電郵
步驟2 - 搜尋“drumjam”
步驟3 - 找到 drumjam 電子門票的“綠色按鈕”
步驟4 - 點擊電子門票
步驟5 - 向下捲動電子門票頁面
步驟6 - 點擊售票服務連結
步驟7 - 按指示申請退款或改期
