TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using the online booking systems (including but not limited to forms on this website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email) to attend, participate, or volunteer in our event, workshop, classes or any other sessions, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated or revised from time to time. 

​[A] GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. VISION (hereinafter referred to as the "Event organizer", "Organizer" or "we/us/our") is the sole organizer of the event called VISION.  It is a private event held in a private property. 

  2. The Event Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the contents and schedule of our events, classes or sessions (the "Activity") at any time without notifying participants and students as well as their parents, guardians, and associates  (the "Participants" or "you/your").

  3. We reserve the right to decline any registration and/or to refuse entry or to remove any of the Participants from the Activities without giving a reason. 

  4. By submitting form(s) on our website, you will be added to VISION's mailing list so we can update you on future activities. You may unsubscribe from it at any time. We will not share your personal data with any third party for any reason.

[B] CONSENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY 

  1. The Participants acknowledge that by registering for Activities, all Participants, their associates, parents and/or guardians, unless otherwise specifically stated in writing to the Event Organizer, give consent to the Organizer the use of their images, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and audio recordings (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Images") of them in all formats and settings, for learning and development, evaluation, quality assurance, reference, marketing and promotional purposes by the Organizer, its affiliates and associates in all formats.

  2. You release the Organizer, its affiliates, and each and all persons involved in the Activities from any liability relative to the publication and dissemination of Images of you, your child, friends, colleagues and associates.

  3. You release the Organizer, its affiliates and all persons involved in our Activities from any liability related to any injury, accidents, illness, death, loss or damages of your personal belongings that happen before, during and after the Activities.

  4. Your well-being and  safety are your own responsibility. You must perform within your physical abilities and participate in activities that you are able to follow and perform only. Parents, care-givers, and other adult members must watch and look after their children at all the time. 

  5. You fully understand that your consent is given as a condition and prerequisite to your attendance and participation at every and all of our Activities of all kinds of formats.

 

[C] NOTES TO PARTICIPANTS

  1. Registration will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis, and will only be confirmed and accepted on receipt of your payment. Confirmation of acceptance will be sent within 3 days of receipt of your payment. 

  2. The registration reserves your seat but is not confirmed until payment is received and the confirmation message has been sent by the Organizer. 

  3. If the event doesn't fill up to its minimum number of participants, the event will be cancelled and you will get a full refund. 

  4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that pose threats to health and safety such as a pandemic or disruption by civil unrest, the Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. There will be no refunds.  

  5. All Activities will be cancelled in the event of Typhoon Signal 8 or higher, or black rain warning is hoisted. No refunds, postponement or credit notes will be made in the event of cancelled event due to adverse weather.

[D] LOSS/DAMAGE OF EQUIPMENT

  1. Under the rare circumstance that a piece of equipment provided by the Organizer is lost, damaged or broken by a participant or event attendee before, during or after the event, minimal cost will be charged to the participant or attendee to cover either repair (where possible) or replacement of the item.
