DON DOKO DONN! This month's Community Drum Jam is very special. We are celebrating the Japanese Autumn Festival. Join Japanese percussionist Kumi Masunaga on Taiko. We will bring some taiko drums for YOU to play! Experience the uplifting Japanese drumbeats, celebratory chants and dance!
Join us for an exciting opportunity to create music together with drums and percussion instruments from around the world!
Drum Jam is an interactive music-making programme designed for ALL levels from those who have never touched a musical instrument to experienced musicians.
The proven benefits of group drumming include stress relief, immune system strengthening and endorphins (happy hormone) release.
Drums and percussion instruments are provided but do bring yours along if you have one!
