Community Drum Jam - Peace Day Special

Let's gather together in celebration of the International Day of Peace (a.k.a. Peace Day). Peace Day takes place annually on September 21st and it is (supposed to be) a day of worldwide ceasefire and non-violence.

Peace starts from within. What can we do to cultivate more peace in ourselves? 

Drum Jam is all about inclusion and diversity, bringing people of all backgrounds together through the infectious rhythms of drumming, uplifting songs, and dance.

From beginners to experienced musicians, Drum Jam welcomes everyone with open arms and beats. Let's create beautiful rhythms together and spread love through music and dance!

Group drumming has incredible benefits: reducing stress, boosting the immune system, increasing happy hormones, and much more!

Drums and percussion instruments will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you have one!

The session will be facilitated by Japanese percussionist Kumi Masunaga and the Drum-Jam Team.
