During the uncertain times, it is our pleasure to be able to offer an evidence-based wellness programme to our community via online.  Our last series brought together people from around the world and expanded our Rhythm Tribe!

We are currently preparing a NEW SERIES which is going to start in mid-September. Make sure you sign up for Rhythm Inspirer at the bottom of this page to be the first to receive an exclusive priority invite. Thank you for your interest in our events.
